Potential Buyers are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding.
A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the sales price.
Buyer's will be asked to register on line using a credit card to verify legitimacy of ability to pay. The Credit Card will not be charged any fees.
Buyer will place 5% down immediately after the auction in the form of a cashier's check and will sign a contract for sale.
Closing will take place in 30 days or less unless different arrangements are worked out prior to bidding.
